<p>Breakfast is the most imperative meal of the day. This is not because your health. Breakfast is important because it&#8217;s the meal that gets your day started. <p>Step one to a healthy breakfast is eating something when you first wake up. This &#8220;first wakeup&#8221; meal can be between thirty mins to an hour after awakening.
