The Process Of Beer Making

The beer brewing process or the inception of lager through the process of fermentation has a long and great history. In fact you can trace the start of the process in the olden Egyptian days, with the beer recipe outlines to be found in the traditional documents of Sumeria.

The complicated lager brewing process or lager lagering has a number of steps which are vital in making a great quality beer.

The first stage of the beer brewing process is the malting. Here the malt is crushed and dunked in water. Eventually a malt extract is made. The mash is then maintained at constant temperature, which is sufficient for starches to become fermentable sugar.

The third process of lager brewing is sometimes known as boiling, whereby the wort is boiled with other beer ingredients. Fermentation is the process when yeast is added. After, the mix is left to stand for a mentioned quantity of time.
