		<description>You can add a heat shield and range hood. There is one home I remember seeing long ago that actually did have a restaurant-style stove.
The biggest thing you&#039;ll need to watch out for is that your wiring can support the current draw the appliance will demand.

Since an actual restaurant stove uses high heat, you would also need to increase the size of your gas line to be able to use it.</description>
