You can add a heat shield and range hood. There is one home I remember seeing long ago that actually did have a restaurant-style stove.
The biggest thing you’ll need to watch out for is that your wiring can support the current draw the appliance will demand.

Restaurants usually have heavy duty tile all over the kitchen area, including the walls. You can purchase restaurant “quality” stoves made for residential use. Since an actual restaurant stove uses high heat, you would also need to increase the size of your gas line to be able to use it.

To use a restaurant oven in home -you must have firewalls surrounding it along with professional venting system overhead -restaurant kitchens are extremely hot -the ovens throw off intense heat -they aren’t insulated like home ovens although many professional vendors do make insulated versions for home use now -I’d go that way for safety & comforts sake !
